With the new bowls season not that far away, there are a couple of social events coming up and the support of members would be appreciated.
Quiz Night: Friday 1st March – starting at 7pm.
This is always a good night and our quiz master, Tim Mallet, works hard to ensure a variety of topics and questions to suit everyone, so your support would be very welcome. Light refreshments and cash prizes are included in the entry fee of £7 per person, with teams of up to a maximum of 6 players. To book your places, please contact Sue Cockle by the 19th February.
Pre-Season Lunch: Sunday 24th March 12.30 for 1pm @ The Bowlers Bar and Bistro, at Les Creux.
This is an important date in the Sun Bowls Calendar and is an opportunity to get together with other club members after the winter break and at the same time enjoy a fabulous 3 course meal at The Bowlers Bar and Bistro, the excellent new facility at Les Creux Bowls Club. Tickets priced at £26 per person can be reserved by contacting Sue Cockle by the 15th March.
