More Junior ‘Fun at the Sun!’
8 Juniors thoroughly enjoyed the second ‘Fun at the Sun’ session, with skittles, cricket stumps, hoops, blindfold bowls ….. oh, and ice cream with many coloured sprinkles!! Club Captains Terry and Fay commented ‘ that a great time was had by all!’ Here’s to the next time!!

Pictured above, the teams who played in the match this year, which was keenly contested as always. The result was a narrow win for the visitors by 71 shots to 72. Scores by rink (Sun first): 18 – 18, 25 – 14, 14 -25 and 14 – 15.

‘Bring a Friend’ – May 2019
An opportunity for members to ‘Bring a friend’ to try our sport. We welcomed around 18 guests of all ages and will hopefully see them again in the near future.
Sunday 5th May: visit by members of the Jersey Hockey 1st Team for a team bonding afternoon experiencing lawn bowls. And what a wonderful afternoon it was! Good weather, good fun and good competitive bowls which was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Well done to a great bunch of lads!
